Amazing place, bagels are quality of the ones in New York but the place and atmophere is nicer. Lovely service, girls are super pleasant! Bagels are great and salmon they use is premium! Cheesecake was amazing too! You can it or take it to go. Absolute reccomendation!
Awesome place to get a savoury bite. The owner was very nice, welcoming you like you would come back the 10th time even though it was our first!

If you are looking for that New York style Bagel experience, Jimmy & Joan’s will give you just that. Pick your favourite bagel, choose your vegan cream cheese and toppings and indulge. The price point is still rather high for “just” a sandwich, but the atmosphere and nice service make up for it. Recommended to go here for that satisfying chewy crunch!

As an American living here in Sweden I’ve missed bagels. Nobody understands my obsession like Jimmy Joans!!! THE best bagel I’ve ever eaten and the cheesecake were to die for!!! Love love love it! Wish I didn’t live so far away!

I had the most amazing dining experience in a long time! It was my first day in Göteborg for a 3-day visit. I was greeted by the two lovely staff and immediately felt at home, except that my home doesn’t have such a luxe boutique interior.
I had the classic bagel, of course, lax and cream cheese. The best bagel I’ve had in years! First bite and I knew I had to come back the next day for the cheesecake. These are the times I wish I could never get full.
Naturally, before leaving Göteborg I had to come back. Elizabeth, the owner, welcome me like visiting an old friend. She’s awesome and had a little chat with her while I had my cheesecake, which was gloriously light and ceeamy. I had two bagel takeouts and couldn’t stop thinking about all the bagels I will miss eating here.
